eMule Servers 2020

Installing and configuring eMule is not complicated at all and will only take you a few minutes, but if you need help, in this user manual we guide you step by step through the process.

Download and Installation

Given the continuous launch of new eMule servers, and the disappearance of others that are retired, here is a list of carefully selected updated eMule servers, which allow you, by accessing with a high ID, to download and share everything you want, to the maximum of eMule's capabilities!
To add eMule servers, click on the IP of an eMule server and, automatically, the program will open and the eMule server will be added to your list, without having to do everything manually.
Before loading the lists of safe eMule servers, let's download the latest version of eMule, which you will find here:

DOWNLOAD eMule 0.50a

and now we clean eMule of the basic servers that are there, by doing the following:

  • We select the Server tab
  • Click on Remove all servers
  • Once the eMule servers are removed, we must now ensure that eMule does not automatically update them with lists that could contain Spy or Fake Servers, which control everything we download.

Let's go to the top right and click on "Options", then a small window will open to select "Server", and on the right we remove the check mark from these three items:

  • "Auto-update server list at startup"
  • "Update server list when connecting to a server"
  • "Update server list when connecting to a client"

Now for everything to be effective, restart eMule.

If you wish, you can get help with this video we have made in detail, in which we explain step by step how to remove the old eMule servers to update them with the new ones.
To add eMule servers to the list, simply click on the IPs you find in the eMule server list below, if they are not added automatically, you must enter the IP, port and name in the fields under the "New server" field in eMule.

List the updated list of safe eMule servers, click on the link to add the eMule server automatically to eMule:
All eMule servers from now on are not online, but you can still try them as some of them are activated every day, however, it is not recommended to use them, as they may have been replaced by new insecure fake servers.
Search for files on eMule servers
Now you will have to search for FILES in eMule through the KAD network, since the search you have always performed no longer works, below we explain how to do it:
To search for files on safe eMule servers, as mentioned above, it is now necessary to use the search through KAD.
To use the safe eMule server file search through the KAD network, you must first connect to the KAD network, for which you simply click on the second icon (the one with a mule under a blue sphere) with KAD written below, and click on the right Connect.
Once connected to the KAD network, it is necessary to set the Kad network item as the search method, as you can see below, the search will take 3 or 4 seconds but will give the desired results, nothing simpler.
Server-met
You can also add lists of eMule servers through met files. To do this, you must copy and paste the links mentioned below in eMule, by clicking on the Server menu and inserting the link on the right in the empty field, under the item Update server.met from URL, as you can see in the following figures or as indicated in this video (the eMule servers will be loaded automatically):
If you have problems connecting immediately to these safe eMule servers, check that you have correctly configured the eMule ports, because if eMule detects that the connection is made with "low ID", you will not be able to connect to some safe eMule servers, or you will have to wait many seconds, which does not happen with high ID.
For those who do not know how to do it, I refer you to http://emule.co.uk/manuales/manual-emule/)
Over time, safe eMule servers decrease more and more, however, you can continue to use eMule even without an eMule server using the Kad network, to understand how to do it, just follow this simple guide: http://emule.co.uk/manuales/manual-emule/.
